Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Tradwife, each package is prepared with love and care — because we believe your home deserves only what’s thoughtfully chosen and beautifully made. That said, we understand that sometimes things don’t go quite as planned. This page outlines how we handle issues, with transparency.


No Returns, But We’re Here to Help

As a small family-run business, we’re unable to accept product returns at this time. Shipping items back and forth often results in extra costs and complications — including lost or delayed parcels. For that reason, all sales are final unless your item arrives faulty, incorrect, damaged, or missing.

If this happens, we will offer a refund, replacement, or store credit — at our discretion — depending on the nature and severity of the issue.


Order Cancellations

Because most orders are processed and shipped promptly (sometimes within hours), we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order is placed. If your parcel has already shipped, we are unfortunately unable to cancel or refund the order.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund, store credit, or replacement if any of the following apply:

  • The product arrives faulty, broken, or defective
  • You receive the wrong product
  • Your order is missing items
  • Your order does not arrive within 60 days of purchase

Please understand that issues must be substantial to qualify for a full refund (e.g. broken straps, deep tears, non-functional zippers). Minor imperfections or natural variations will be assessed case by case.

To Request a Refund:

Email us at thetradwifeshop@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your parcel. Include the following:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the product(s)
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos clearly showing the problem
  • Proof of purchase (e.g. your order confirmation)


Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is entered accurately at checkout. If an item cannot be delivered due to an error in the address provided, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements.

Once the package has reached your local postal system, we recommend contacting them directly for updates or re-delivery if needed. Unfortunately, this part of the process is outside our control.


Additional Notes:

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for orders placed in the wrong size. Please review product details and measurements carefully.
  • Please do not return items to the sender address printed on the package. Items returned this way will not be processed or refunded.
