Processing Your Order

Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase. During peak seasons or national holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days—thank you for your patience.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order leaves our hands, you can expect it to arrive in:

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–20 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–25 business days
  • Israel & United Arab Emirates: 10–25 business days

Local customs clearance and postal‑service schedules may add a few extra days.


Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and its destination. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 USD (or equivalent) to the U.S., U.K., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Israel, Europe and the UAE.


Tracking Your Package

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow its journey online: Track your order here. If you encounter any delays or delivery issues, please let us know right away.


Customs & Duties

International orders may incur customs fees or import taxes set by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your country’s postal or customs office for guidance.


Changes & Cancellations

If you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order before it ships, email us immediately at thetradwifeshop@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to reroute or cancel it in transit, but we’ll gladly assist with any concerns after delivery.
